Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AP Guide concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. AP Guide may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and AP Guide.
